Holiday Harbor - Cabrillo Marina

To begin your residency, the initial phase involves finishing our digital Slip Application found on this page. Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete will expedite the review by our harbor management team.

 

Required Documentation for Submission:

• Recent photograph displaying your vessel's current state.

• Valid and up-to-date vessel registration papers.

• Verified documentation proving vessel ownership or title.

• Clear photocopy of your government-issued driver's license.

• Active insurance policy with at least $500,000 liability, including protection against fuel spills and environmental pollution, with Holiday Harbor-Cabrillo Marina listed as additionally insured.

• Executed Credit Review Disclosure and a standard $10 processing fee (contact us to receive this form).

 

Following Preliminary Approval:

• Coordination of a formal physical boat inspection on-site.

• Finalization and signing of the Marina Slip License Agreement.

• Receipt and review of our comprehensive Marina Regulations.

• Formal update to your policy reflecting Holiday Harbor Cabrillo Marina as additionally insured.

• Payment of the initial pro-rated rent and a security deposit totaling two months of rent.

• Providing the necessary deposit for your facility key fobs.
